I know there’s Hungarian paprika and a couple other ones depending on how spicy you like it. What’s your suggestion doctor and thank you.

I love this drink I used to drink something similar years ago. I have rheumatoid arthritis so I omit the cayenne and sub turmeric with black pepper.

You might want to mention that detox can’t properly occur without plenty of complete protein in the diet. Doesn’t have to be meat if some people don’t want that, but cysteine, methionene, glycine and some others (can’t recall) are essential for a successful cleanse, and such supplements are available in capsule form.

Amazing detox. I have a question: after I drink 3 times a day for 2 weeks, I transition to one time a week. For how long is it recommended to drink 1 time a day? Is there a min and max timeframe? My friend in India drinks similar detox all year round every day each morning. Can I drink this detox all year round every morning?
