Dear Dr. AXE would like to know what brand of passoon flower extract you recommend.And what brand of essential oils. I have M.S. which is exicelatating and I no longer can swallow my supplements.I had had my M.S. under control with tumeric pills,but keep chocking g on them.so I stopped taking them,and cannot handle the powder it’s to hot.So consentquently my health is deterring and I’m in constant pain and fatigue.Although I have hypothyroid and now menapause.Ive always had a problem with sleep,but now with the constent hot flashes are unbearable,and not sleeping at all.Please advice on your recommend brands.And yes I know you have that thyroid suport one,but it is too expensive for me.I follow all your recommendations as far as food and stufff,but don’t have the finances or energy for alot of your products. Thank you,for all your free advice.

Hello Dr. Axe,
I would like to know how to get rid of heavy bags under my eyes. I’ve had them since I was little. I’m 56 years old I am desperately trying to improve my appearance. I’ve heard of, Lower and upper Blepheroplasty but, would like to know of other non surgical ways.

Does the fruit (from the passion flower vine) have the same benefits as the flower? I remember my grandmother talking about drinking passion flower juice from the fruit to lower blood pressure, so I wonder if this is true.
