Some acne is caused by hormones, maybe a good natural DIM product should been suggested such as Smoky Mountain Natural DIM. Also to exfoliate the skin, I would have thought a natural product would have been suggested such as organic lemon juice or organic apple cider vinegar. Mr Rubin mentioned on his multi collagen interview with TBN/Praise show that antibiotics should never be used.
