As a persona trainer for over 12 years, I have seen women who barely get a workout in their day and have good shaped natural glutes and women who workout like crazy in order to shape or maintain their butt shape. I have even seen overweight women with barely any cellulite on their glutes and normal weight women with cellulite to combat. It’s genetics and of course, hormones etc. Let’s also not forget about SPOT FAT. Spot fat like saddlebags are very difficult to get rid off and tend to take away from the glutes by basically deforming their whole shape adding an extra layer of fat which gives the body that ‘pear image’. Most women with spot fat eventually resolve to liposuction (even bodybuilders!) in order to even out their proportions and give their butts a shapely look. Spot fat can only be reduced with hardcore weightflifting which in return will reduce the fat from other areas such the face and breasts and then unfortunately other procedures will have to be considered to fill in those areas that actually need it…

Ballet is fantastic for your butt, as is, yoga, specifically, “standing splits”
